Last Sunday saw us dining at Supply and Demand over at the Esplanade. I really love the cosy, interesting concept of the restaurant! Quaint and comforting. S/D also boasts a rooftop bar! Perfect for people who wants to chill. The indoors of the restaurant is a little dark though. So you may want to sit closer to the windows during lunch or early dinner.
We had Garlic Truffle Fries, Prosciutto Di Parma Thin Pizza, Shrimp Aglio Olio E Peperoncino, Roasted Chicken and Molten Lava Cake. Highlights were the pasta and fries. I enjoyed both! Truffle fries are thick and juicy. Pasta's shrimps are huge and crunchy. The main menu only boast majority pastas and pizzas. Risotto lovers, sorry wrong place. But I reckon their other pastas are awesome too!
