3.1 Phillip Lim A/W 13

Swag and Badass

I'm currently researching for my upcoming buying trip and hence will be posting on Autumn/Winter 13 trends/brands. First up, 3.1 Phillip Lim. Honestly, I've been growing fonder of the brand since last few seasons. For fall, I adore the whole theme. There's a stylish mafia vibe going on. Love the oversized colour block leather coat and basically all of their jackets this season is just so edgy. Plus, the boxy cut camel coat is so gorgeous. Simple but able to channel one's style.

Note the rounded shades, a perfect match for a strong outfit.

I like the sheer look from the collection. Those peek-a-boo makes the outfit much more interesting! And the colours coordinations are nice and eye to the eyes as well esp. the leaf green with bright purple. And those maxi dresses? Definitely something I would love to own.

I love this shoot. It projects the strong sensual woman with a dark side to her. Someone who simply doesn't gives a thing about what others might think about her.

I like the use of drapes and different textures in this shoot. From light thin weight material to the messy textured cloth.
