3.1 Phillip Lim A/W 13

Swag and Badass

I'm currently researching for my upcoming buying trip and hence will be posting on Autumn/Winter 13 trends/brands. First up, 3.1 Phillip Lim. Honestly, I've been growing fonder of the brand since last few seasons. For fall, I adore the whole theme. There's a stylish mafia vibe going on. Love the oversized colour block leather coat and basically all of their jackets this season is just so edgy. Plus, the boxy cut camel coat is so gorgeous. Simple but able to channel one's style.

Note the rounded shades, a perfect match for a strong outfit.

Shades of 5cm

Here we have Cole Mohr for the label 5cm. 5cm is a brand based in Hong Kong with an identity of being one-of-a-kind rebellious with some hints of sophistication and off-set simplicity. I would like to think of it as individual minimalistic pieces that is able to style in different ways. That being said, I like the style of this campaign. Considered a "veteran" in street style, Cole Mohr's the way to go.

Barbie, Not.

 Titania Inglis’ Spring '13

Here's an edgy take on romanticism, in my opinion. Loving the babydoll cut pieces in the collection. It is not the usual straight cut but rather an asymmetrical, sharp edge. Interestingly, it brings about a different flavour to the clothes. Paired with black boots, with or without knee high socks, to seal the look.

Candy Highs

Terry de Havilland

Shoes fit for Spring/Summer, This is it. With cobalt blues and bright citrus hues, these shoes are irresistible to my eyes. How lovely are they!? That aside, I think they cast a really gorgeous model with the perfect rock chick vibes. Perfect harmony with the shoes.

Amazing pieces featured. I love the whole styling of these pictures. The individual pieces details just makes the look so fabulous. I want those killer cutout tights or pants, whichever it is! The romantic dresses with a hint of edge is great as well. And personally, I think the photographer did a great job shooting these.
