Some day back with my Y.R.U Elevation shoes. Adore it much! I want to own the camo-print ones as well. I ordered it via Solestruck one size too big because my size was out of stock and I'm dying to have it. Would have fit perfectly if I got it in the right size.

Ran errands around town in casual street wear.
Came home and had my comforting pillar by my side for a little while.
Not a bad way to end my night.

3.1 Phillip Lim A/W 13

Swag and Badass

I'm currently researching for my upcoming buying trip and hence will be posting on Autumn/Winter 13 trends/brands. First up, 3.1 Phillip Lim. Honestly, I've been growing fonder of the brand since last few seasons. For fall, I adore the whole theme. There's a stylish mafia vibe going on. Love the oversized colour block leather coat and basically all of their jackets this season is just so edgy. Plus, the boxy cut camel coat is so gorgeous. Simple but able to channel one's style.

Note the rounded shades, a perfect match for a strong outfit.

Solestruck Madness

I'm obsess with shoes. Yes, I confess. Solestruck is like the heaven to my shoe-addiction. By far I've ordered 3 times with them and I love the shoes! Each time I just order more than before. The latest shipment consist of 6 pairs.

I shall do a review on my shoes in the next few posts! So look out for it if you are intending to get any of these. Because ordering shoes online is a bit of a risky thing. You won't want shoes that fit too big.

The Coastal Settlement

 Old School

Last Sunday's brunch was at a quaint restaurant located in the east. Lovely environment, especially the area near the windowsills. I do find the back end of the restaurant rather dark. I need glorious sunlight! The environment was old-school fun and filled with various nick nacks from the past. 

I had Steak & Eggs, which filled me up to the brim. Steak wasn't particularly fantastic, but I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the shoestring truffle fries is just so damn awesome. The next time I'm there I'll probably eat fries as main. Hah

Also on our table were the Fried Chicken Wings, Fish & Chips and Half&Half Pizza. Wings were great with the chilli dip. Pizza crust is more towards hard chips rather than thin crisps.

All in all, a must go. Do choose a window seat and pig out on fries. X
