One of the show I'm dying to see is the 3.1 Phillip Lim Spring/Summer 14 collection. And he doesn't disappoints! This season, the use of Geodes is refreshing unlike the usual shapes and florals for spring. Geodes are those rocklike mineral formations that split open to reveal swirls of many-hued crystal. I love the theme for this season. It somewhat feels like a "Stylish Explorer" theme to me. Earth-tones, patchwork, various textures and fluid silhouette runs the show. I wonder how does he come up with such intriguing designs. It's just amazing.
